Plastics

Harpers has the ability to provide quality plastic injection molded or extruded products. We are able to manufacture from many different grades of plastic. Our in-house plastic capabilities have helped us serve a wide range of markets from auto aftermarket, to marine, and even recreational such as swimming pools and spas. Our 3D print capabilities help customers avoid the risk in costly tools/dies during the early stages of development.

Rubber

Our rubber hose and fittings are used across a number of industries for many different applications. We offer hoses, O-rings, seals, and gaskets. In addition to these products, we also offer customer branding and specific lay lines on all hoses. Yes, we can private label depending on order sizes. Fittings and hose can also be qualified together during the sample process to ensure that all criteria is met such as working pressure and PSI, specific to the customer application.

Electrical Components

We offer custom wire harnesses, LED lighting systems, and sub-components for these products, such as cables, relays, and terminals. Our in-house manufacturing of complex harnesses includes automated processes such as wire cutting, stripping, terminating, crimping, soldering and even 100% testing. Our harnesses are used in racing assemblies, auto aftermarket fuel systems, pumps, commercial vehicles, RV's, trailers, and many other sectors.
